The bridge that connects the town of San Matías with Las Petas It was impassable, so drivers and passengers ask the Bolivian Highway Administrator to repair it.

The bridge is much closer to the Las Petas community and in recent days it almost fell with an inter-municipal service bus that was carrying passengers.

As a result of this emergency, transporters have chosen to go through the Las Petas river, for which they have placed some wood.

After noon this Saturday, torrential rains fell in the upper part of Brazil, water that flowed into the Las Petas river. It is feared that the flow will continue to rise, and if so, San Matías would be isolated from the rest of the country.
