Bribery case: the manager of ABC Chuquisaca, Hernán Palacios, is sent to preventive detention for six months

The regional manager of ABC Chuquisaca, Hernán Palacios, charged in the case of the alleged bribery in the award of the Sucre-Yamparáez dual carriageway, was sent to San Roque with preventive detention for six months, by decision of the Second Anticorruption Judge and against Violence against Women.

After a precautionary hearing that lasted seven hours, the judge accepted the request of the Public Ministry to send it to San Roquewhile the investigation continues.

Palacios’s arrest came after the testimony of the national president of ABC, Henry Nina, and of the member of the qualifying commission, Juan Carlos Hidalgo Chura, that involved the regional manager in Chuquisaca to learn about this irregularity.
