With that, the team led by coach José Roberto Guimarães reached a total of ten victories in 12 matches, played in three different countries in just over a month.

In the triumph over the Thais, the highlight was Julia Bergmann, the top scorer in Brazil with 17 points (15 attack, 1 block and 1 serve). “There were four wins in four games in this stage, against three Asian teams and the hosts. We face different styles of play, but we managed to evolve with each game and each stage. Now we are going to adjust the last details for the final phase, in Turkey”, declared the player to the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV).

Now Brazil awaits the end of the qualifying phase, next Sunday (3), to meet its opponent in the quarterfinals of the competition, which will be played between July 13 and 17 in Ankara (Turkey).
