The decision of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) to decree the arrest of general Walter Braga Nettoon Saturday morning (14), was based on his attempt to obtain details of the denunciation of Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid, Jair Bolsonaro’s former aide-de-camp, to the Federal Police in September last year. According to the Federal Police, the action could be characterized as obstruction of justice. The information was provided at Mauro Cid’s last hearing with the PF, on November 21st.

Another news that Mauro Cid brought, at the hearing on the 21st, was about the financing of special forces actions by Braga Netto.
“The general directly transferred money to the then Major Rafael de Oliveira in a wine bag, which would be used to finance the expenses necessary to carry out the operation”, Cid pointed out.
This was confirmed by the PF, which discovered the purchase of cell phones and chip shipments, with payments in cash at an establishment in the city of Brasília.
