The fiscal agent Estela Mary Ramírez Medina, from the Specialized Unit for Punishable Acts against Children and Adolescents of the Caaguazú Zonal Prosecutor’s Office, charged a man whose initials are ARO (22) for the alleged commission of the punishable act against Children and Adolescents – Abuse Sex in Children. A 10-year-old boy was the victim of sexual abuse.
The fiscal representation asked the Court to apply Preventive Prison as a precautionary measure. The subject, once the police report was made, was apprehended and brought to justice.
The Prosecutor’s Office has elements of conviction that would prove the serious fact, such as testimonials and psychological reports, from the forensic doctor and the Victimology Center of the Public Ministry.
The 22-year-old would have committed the act inside an abandoned house where he took the victim. On the site he would have sexually abused the minor. The incident happened on September 16 in the afternoon around a public square where the boy went to a recreational activity.
