Bolivian tennis players Ramiro Benavides (75 years old in singles), Eduardo Kholberg (45 years old singles) and Flo Videa (mixed doubles 40 years old) were champions in the ITF S1000 for the Senior Tennis Tour, which was played on the courts of the Las Terrazas Miraflores Tennis Club in Lima, Peru.
The competition reserved for athletes over 30 years of age ended the weekend with three Bolivians climbing to the top of the podium.
Benavides faced Peruvian Ricardo Escobedo in the final. whom he decisively defeated 6-1 and 6-0. In this way, the Bolivian added his 35th title on the international circuit, in the singles category.
For his part, Kholberg had to play the final against the Portuguese Antonio Moura whom he beat 7-5 and 7-6(5), adding his third international title on the Senior Tennis Tour.
Finally, to compete in doubles, Videa made a pair with the Argentinian Marcos Bottaro and both managed to be the best in their category by defeating the German Ana Suehling and the Peruvian Gianfranco Scamarone 6-3 and 6-2 in the final.
