Bolivia reports 261 new positives and no person died from Covid-19 this Tuesday

Bolivia is close to 13 million vaccines applied and reports a slight decrease in cases

The Ministry of Health reported 261 new positive cases this Tuesday and 1,661 people recovered on the same day. The report also establishes that no person died in the last 24 hours due to Covid-19.

Santa Cruz is the department with the most infected people. This day there were 131 people from Santa Cruz who tested positive for coronavirus. In second place is Cochabamba (70), followed by La Paz (25).

With these new data, Bolivia adds 900,260 positives and 21,483 deaths in more than two years of pandemic, while the total number of recovered is 822,138 people who won the battle against the virus.

As for mass vaccination, more than 2,462,690 doses have been given to children and adolescents in the country. In Bolivia, it is immunized with the Sputnik V, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Pfizer and Janssen vaccines throughout the national territory.
