Bolivia reports 18 cases of Covid-19 in four departments

Only 18 new Covid-19 infections were reported in the country, according to the Ministry of Health. Beni, Cochabamba, Oruro, Potosí and Chuquisaca did not register cases, while in Santa Cruz 6 were reported; in La Paz, 5; in Pando, 4 and in Tarija 3. The recovered patients reach 399.

To date, 15,162,430 anticovid vaccines have been applied in the national territory. Of these, 6,365,723 are first doses; 5,166,027, seconds; 998,652, single doses; 2,177,864, third and 454,164, fourth doses.

Regarding the cases of monkeypox, the Ministry reported that, until this October 16, there are 78 active patients and 156 recovered. On Sunday there were no infected people and the accumulated number is 234 people who tested positive for that virus.
