Bolivia closes with less than 100 cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours

A total of 94 cases were presented as positive for coronavirus by the Ministry of Health in the daily report of Covid-19; thus, the first week of June concludes with a rebound in patients carrying the virus.

This Sunday, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz were the departments that presented the most cases on a national scale, with 29 each, La Paz 27, Chuquisaca six, Oruro and Tarija one in each region, while Pando and Beni did not register positive cases.

With these data, the country adds a cumulative 910,228 compatriots who tested positive for coronaviruses; of that amount 872,446 were recovered; another 21,949 people died from the virus.

There were no deaths on this day. the only death that was recorded was in La Paz this Saturday, which caught the attention of the municipal authorities of the seat of government. The Mayor, Iván Arias, expressed his concern at a time when La Paz is about to celebrate the Great Power party that will bring together thousands of people throughout the route.

In the case of those recovered, this Sunday 389 people who defeated the virus were counted. La Paz was the region where more patients were successful208 cases in total, Santa Cruz 111, Chuquisaca 42, Cochabamba 25, Pando three, while Beni, Oruro, Potosí and Tarija did not register recovered people.
