Bolivarian Militia advances in military and ideological training in the country

Milicia Bolivariana avanza formación militar e ideológica en el país

The Bolivarian National Militia (MNB) maintains a high level of enlistment and training throughout the country, where more than 80% of the volunteers who entered have received training, which includes theoretical, practical and ideological instruction to guarantee the comprehensive defense of the nation.

In that sense, the General Commander of the Bolivarian National Militia, M/G Orlando Bolívar, specified the progress of the process: «We have more than 88% of those registered called; “We still need to keep calling because there are registrations every day.”

M/G Bolívar highlighted that the registration process has not stopped since the Commander in Chief and Constitutional President, Nicolás Maduro, made the call to enlist in the Bolivarian Militia. Likewise, he recalled that currently registration is done through the Patria page.

“We have developed a special training and training system, a special program that is developed throughout the national territory, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, because we do day and night training,” explained the General Commander.

Likewise, the deputy to the National Assembly, Fernando Soto Rojas, assured that “we are preparing thoroughly, we are not going to invade anyone, but they do not dare to touch us because we are rebels and this counteroffensive could suddenly end in New York.”

Commitment of the working class

For his part, the General Coordinator of the Bolivarian Socialist Workers’ Central, Major Carlos López, reported the participation of 532 combatants in this training. “We have 1,700 enlisted and we plan to reach 40,000 at some point, which is the minimum payroll that we can take to training entrances.”

Also, the combatants from the university sector shared their experience at this training level and the commitment they assume to defend Venezuelan sovereignty.

In that sense, the militia member Mary Cruz Soler explained that “since our president made the call for permanent struggle, we have been constant and are the socialist vanguard, thanks to this entire team that is a warrior and that we have framed in the principles of the 7Ts.”

Militiaman Miguel Noguera expressed: “I leave happy and happy because in these skills we have learned what the battlefield is like, how we advance in the defense of this homeland.”

The young militia member Michael Castillo stressed that she decided to attend the training “because we are the guarantors of defending the homeland and the sovereignty that we must have.”

The participants completed 13 modules and more than four days of intense training to maintain joy and active resistance in the face of any circumstance with the aim of defending the sovereignty and peace achieved by Venezuelans.

Representatives from the 22 states of the country that make up the seven Comprehensive Defense Regions (REDI) that make up the Bolivarian National Armed Forces participated in this basic military training.
