The District Secretary of Finance informed the taxpayers of the common system of the Industry and Commerce tax (ICA) of the modification of the term until May 6 for the declaration and payment of first two months of 2022.
The new dates to comply with the tax obligation, will be between May 2 and 6 of the current year. Previously the stipulated dates were from April 18 to 22.

It should be remembered that taxpayers belonging to the common regime of the ICA taxwhose tax payable (FU), corresponding to the sum of the entire taxable year 2021, exceeds 391 UVT.
That means that $14,196,428 must be declared and paid in the first two months of 2022.
