Bogotá Metro has 1,000 open vacancies: areas seeking personnel and requirements

Line 1 of the Bogotá Metro seeks to transform mobility in the Colombian capital, in addition to representing progress towards a more sustainable and efficient circulation model. This week, The company Activos opened the call to hire 1,000 workers who want to be part of this project. Learn how to register and what requirements you must meet.

The positions, for the most part, are related to construction, machinery operation and support services, among others:

– Surveyors.

– Construction officials with experience in hydraulic systems, wet networks, dry networks and wells.

– Gantry Crane Operators.

– Compactor roller operators (vibrocompactor).

– Translators (Mandarin – Spanish).

– Welders.

– Crane truck operators with Onac license.

– Chain 1A.

– Chainman 2.

– Sheet Piling Operators.

– Manlift drivers.

– Electrical Technologists.

– Kitchen helpers.

– Quality and welding inspectors.

– SST and environmental inspectors.

– Forestry operators.

– Master builders.

– Boal or toderos.

Those interested have until December 18 to be taken into account: They must send their resume and any other document that supports the experience and training to [email protected]. Among other requirements are:

-Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

-Education: A minimum educational level is required, which may vary depending on the type of work; Some positions may require specific technical or vocational training.

-No Cost: The application has no cost. It is essential to be alert to possible scams and only use official channels to apply.
