Taking into account the suggestions and observations that have been received to improve and in order to guide citizens with debts, sanctions or fines with the District that are not related to taxes, the Secretariat of Finance of Bogotá announced the launch of a new service system that seeks to streamline citizens’ access to their procedures and services.
This is the option for in-person care at the SuperCADE CAD (Carrera 30 No. 25-90) through virtual appointment scheduling; in which its officials will be ready to provide all types of advice to whoever requires it, both in the pending processes with that entity, on the step by step to be able to overcome it.

“This is aimed at those who have fines for violating the National Code of Security and Citizen Coexistence such as evasion of paying the Transmilenio fare, consumption of alcoholic beverages, psychoactive or prohibited substances in public places, as well as fines, sanctions and other obligations imposed by the Local Mayors, District Secretaries of Environment, Habitat, and Education,” they noted.

If you wish to make the payment by electronic means, you can do so through the ‘Pagos Bogotá’ button in the ‘Other payments’ option, as well as receive information on filings and PQRS directed to the Collection Management Office,” said the Ministry of the Treasury.
It should be remembered that non-tax obligations are debts that a person or company has with the local government or public entities, but they are not taxes. Among these, according to the district authorities, are fines, sanctions, compensation and remuneration.
