Patronato de Paraná and Talleres de Córdoba designed this Tuesday night a very discreet match that ended goalless, for the third date, zone A, of the Professional League Cup (LPF).
In the Presbítero Grella stadium in the capital of Entre Ríos, both teams put on a poor showin which they revealed the weak start of the two.
The thing is the team from Paraná accumulated its first point in the table, while their Cordovan pair gathers 2 units, with a streak of 275 minutes without scoring goals.
The albiazul cast directed by Guillermo Hoyos finished with ten men, as a result of the red card shown to Ramiro González Hernández (St. 2m.), as soon as the complement had begun.
Board of Trustees, which offered six modifications to its main line-up compared to the one that took the field against River Plate (1-4), had to – imperatively – assume the role of protagonist.
And the ‘red and black’ team did it halfway, because they took the initiative and tried to be deep from the first minute. Although the fluidity in the transfer complicated the aspirations of the Delfino team.
On the Talleres side, the stance was clear: go out quickly against, when the rival advanced lines. And not much more happened, because Talleres defended himself judiciously, while the local team abused long balls and never found enough clarity to weigh down the extra man.
