The megabloco Fervo da Lud wants to repeat this Tuesday (21) the crowd of revelers from 2020, the last year of carnival before the covid-19 pandemic, when it received 1 million people, who had fun to the sound of singer Ludmilla.
Fervo da Lud is among the megablocos that received authorization from the Rio City Hall to parade on the circuit on Rua Primeiro de Março, in the center of the city.
Ludmilla arrived at the venue shortly after having paraded in Beija-Flor de Nilópolis, at the Sambódromo da Marquês de Sapucaí. She crossed the avenue accompanying the singer Neguinho da Beija-Flor in the interpretation of the school’s samba theme. Her debut as one of the school’s interpreters made her very emotional.
Until the end of the Fervo parade, scheduled for 1 pm, the audience’s animation will be reinforced by a mix of songs that Ludmilla really likes, between funk, axé and pagode. Repeating the other years, the megablock will receive guests. In addition to dancer Brunna Gonçalves, Lud’s wife, there are actresses Nicole Bahls and Aline Campos and influencer Foquinha, among others.
As has occurred in other blocks, irreverence is a hallmark of the costumes, as well as light clothing because of the heat.
To ensure more security in the region, the Military Police set up barriers with metal detectors to search revelers. Entry with glass bottles is prohibited.
The block, which came out for the first time in 2018, was highly anticipated by the public over the next two years. This year, it parades with the Villains theme, in presentations with unusual fashion reference costumes. The theme chosen refers to the music Only oneof the new single from the artist.
The singer evaluates that this year Fervo da Lud is back with everything. “After 2 years without being able to meet for this event, I want to see the public excited, because I did everything thinking about them. Of setlist to the choice of villains that I will personify in my presentations”, he said.
Before performing in Rio de Janeiro, Fervo da Lud moved Salvador, on the 16th.
