A fast food outlet in the Multiplaza shopping center suffered a fire due to the air conditioning. With the initial reaction of the employees and the complement of the firefighters, it was prevented from happening to the elderly. Remember the importance of maintaining equipment.
The event occurred last night at the McDonald’s branch of the Multiplaza shopping mall, on Avda. Eusebio Ayala in Asunción.
The air conditioning began to smoke and soon the first flames ignited, which were quickly put out by the employees, who, even so, called the fire brigade to make sure the situation was under control.

“The air got hot, there was a lot of smoke, we are doing a ventilation to be able to have a better visualization”, commented captain Roque Espínola, in an interview with Telefuturo.
In passing, he recalled that Every air conditioner requires maintenance.Not to mention those who are on full time.
“With the temperatures we have, everyone works with air and demands more from the material, there is no equipment that lasts working 24 hours”, he warned. Fortunately, the fact did not happen to majors.
