US President Joe Biden, 79, fell trying to get off his bike this Saturday in Delaware, where he is resting for the weekend, but got up quickly and said he was “fine.”
Biden fell during a morning bike ride with his wife Jill in Rehoboth Beach, a town near the sea where he normally spends his summer weekends, the AFP agency reported.
The president stopped to speak to reporters and others waiting for him but got his foot out the wrong way and fell on his side. “I’m fine,” said Biden, who got up quickly, according to a video of the incident.
