The senator of the National Party, Graciela Bianchi, criticized a pamphlet that was allegedly left at her house, and that alludes to the structure of selling false passports to Russian citizens. This criminal organization operated under the nose of the President of the Republic, Luis Lacalle Pou, and was in charge who was until last year the head of his custody, Alejandro Astesiano (today sentenced to prison).
The pamphlet that the ultra-conservative legislator showed appears to be a print showing the cover of two passports, one Uruguayan and one Russian. On the other side is the image of an apparently male caricature and it is written in Russian. It has all the characteristics of any passport in the world, and below it reads: “Issued – Executive Tower 4th Floor”.
And he adds: “Enabled to travel the world without a record. Authorized by: Alejandro Astesiano”.
“This lying and criminal pamphlet is being distributed house to house (I had it), as well as in large-scale construction sites,” Bianchi commented when sharing the photos. “They do NOT sign it but you can know the origin. Those who do it may be committing a crime because it is false. DO NOT continue,” added the legislator.
