It all started much earlier, when the Senator for Chihuahua, Mario Vázquez, in the midst of the debate on the reforms to the secondary laws to harmonize them with the Judicial Reform, brought up the transfer of the Yunes de Acción Nacional (PAN), to Morena.
“It is an inconceivable cynicism to say that Senator Yunes is an example of generous contributions to your cause, when everyone knows perfectly well that the arrest warrants that he had prior to you co-opting and threatening him have been eliminated, and “He conceded and gave in and gave them,” the PAN member reprimanded.
Since mid-September, when Yunes joined forces with Morena to vote for judicial reform, the issue has been recurring.
But it was detonated this Thursday, while the vote on reforms to the Senate Regulations was taking place, when Yunes and Augusto López approached the blue and white seats to demand an apology from the PAN member of Chihuahua.
Vázquez managed to inflame the cherries when he assured that the two expanists, Javier Corral and Yunes himself, are “from the diversity of Morena.”
Adán Augusto shouted at Vázquez to leave the premises so they could fight each other. Only an advisor prevented him from advancing towards Vázquez and attacking him.
Not to be left behind, in another very close scene, the expanist Luis Fernando Salazar, now from Morena, came forward: he pulled and tried to grab Enrique Vargas Del Villar by the neck, and only the senator of the Green Party (PVEM), Manuel Velasco , placed in the middle of both, was able to avoid violence.
This Friday, a video filmed by a citizen showed the moment she approached Yunes at the Mexico City International Airport to complain to him for supporting Morena.
The images show that Yunes Márquez preferred not to answer the questions.
It’s not the first time. His father, Miguel Ángel Yunes Linares, has been called a traitor in the streets of Veracruz. Even spectacular people have blamed them for their vote for Morena’s reforms.
The Yunes were expelled from the PAN after they broke the bloc of opposition senators.
