On the one hand, Magdalena Union could not beat Cúcuta Deportivo and the ‘motilón’ team took the victory 2-1 to climb to the first position of Quadrangular A, while Real Soacha also added three points against Huila (team already eliminated) to reach 8 units and equal the line of the red-and-black box.
On the other hand, in Quadrangular B, Club Llaneros could not get a tie during their visit to Real Cartagena and ended up losing 1-0, a result that leaves the group alive with Orsomarso also remaining with a chance of advancing to the final after winning 2-0 as a visitor to Deportes Quindío, a ‘cuyabro’ team that no longer has a chance of advancing to the final.
