Bettors expressed their frustration on social networks, especially on X (formerly Twitter), where they stated that they could not access their bets, view their balance or withdraw funds.

Complaints on social networks
Affected users shared screenshots and testimonials, indicating that bets placed before the crash appeared to have been voided or not recorded.
Some even suggested that the situation could be interpreted as a “robbery” as many bets were “won” at the time of the incident.
