The secretary general of the Democratic Action (AD) party, Bernabé Gutiérrez, issued a strong message directed at the far-right María Corina Machado, who has been in charge of destabilizing sovereignty and unleashing violence in the country. Gutiérrez urged Machado to stop her destabilization and allow Venezuelans to live in peace. “Madam, until when will you, with your enemas, allow Venezuelans to live in peace?”
In his statements, Gutiérrez questioned the approach of Machado, who has repeatedly invoked international interference in the country’s internal affairs. “Since you are constantly invoking invasions and international interference in our internal affairs, you should go to one of those countries for a vacation, think about your actions and find a more convincing strategy to see if you have electoral luck in 20 years,” said the leader.
In addition, Gutiérrez reminded Machado of the importance of respecting public powers and the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. These words come after the recent ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), which ratified the results of the July 28 elections, of the re-election of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, as the winner.
