The former powerful Secretary of Public Security of Tabasco, Hernán Bermúdez Requena, was arrested on Friday by Paraguay security elements when he was about to sleep, in an operation coordinated by authorities of that country, in close cooperation with the National Intelligence Center of Mexico.
