Guillermo Bermejo once again referred to the presidential vacancy motion against Pedro Castillo, whose admission will be discussed on Monday, March 14and the interpellations to the ministers, and pointed out that they are part of an opposition strategy to “overthrow the Government.”
The congressman from Peru Democrático also criticized the fact that some of the bills he has presented have not been scheduled and that a sector of Parliament that he called a “coup leader” insists on a logic of only censoring and questioning.

“Cabinet censure, interpellation of ministers, vacancy of the president, over and over again. It is the logic of the coup plotters. (…) The only plan he has is to overthrow this government without giving room to the real problems of Peruvians, ”he wrote on his Facebook account.

In another part of his message, he tried to justify the insults that are made against political representatives, such as those that occurred this Thursday, March 10, at the home of the president of Congress, María del Carmen Alva.
“Then they complain that people insult them wherever they find them,” the legislator wrote. This unfortunate phrase blames the victims of these demonstrations, be they of any political nature, and not those who commit these acts.
