“It has to be archived (the complaint from the National Prosecutor). This complaint cannot be accepted so, in due course, it must be archived. If it is that the congressmen want to avoid being constitutional offenders, they have to file it, that is the destination of this complaint, there is no other ”, he declared this Friday to Canal N.
