“We put a lot of focus on having the best possible talent serving our clients, and we try to make our products digital, agile, simple, easy to hire,” he told Peru21.
In this sense, he pointed out that the digital transformation in the bank he represents began several years ago, and described the service they offer to the entity’s users as a “differentiating factor.”
Likewise, Terazo referred to the BCP Xplore tool, which is exclusively dedicated to serving digital startups and fintch companies with ad hoc products. This bank currently has around 470 clients.
“In Peru there are 800 digital fintech companies and startups, we work with 470. It is a bank dedicated exclusively to serving this type of company and we have been developing products exclusively for them, for example, to disperse payments for taxi drivers” , he highlighted.
The idea, as he stated, is to provide solutions and seek to address a problem that arises for various businesses that, until before this mechanism was created, were not being addressed.
