This Tuesday, July 30, the BCP system has presented failures nationwide, causing inconveniences to its users. Since early hours, several people have reported problems when accessing Yape and the application, which is why they cannot perform any operations.
As is known, Yape facilitates the payment of services such as electricity, water and internet, however, neither this app nor the BCP have commented on the matter on social media.
On the other hand, BCP suspended its customer service in several locations due to a possible system failure, but has not yet announced a date for the resumption of service.

Some BCP branches without attention are those of Miraflores, Cercado de Lima (Round Table) and some of Trujillothey made this decision due to problems in the system.
Although the BCP has not issued an official statement, it has responded to some comments on social media.
“We are experiencing problems with our systems and we are working on a prompt solution. We apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. Thank you for your understanding.”, they wrote on Instagram.
