Bavaria opens call for its intensive training program Supply Trainee which seeks to attract newly graduated engineers in order to contribute to their training in different fields of action and later allow them to work in the production and supply areas within the brewery.

This initiative was born with the aim of finding candidates who can take on challenges from the beginning of their career, who are lovers of engineering and the supply process, and who have the potential to become future leaders of the company. It is an intensive 10-month training program, where they will be provided with the necessary information on each aspect of this area.

Those selected will be trained in the areas of safety, malting, production, packaging, quality and engineering, industrial services and sustainability. The participants who successfully complete the program will assume a middle management position in the production plants of Bavaria, adjusted to their profiles, interests and results.

• Be a recent graduate or with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
• Be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Electronics, Electrical, Agronomy, Environmental and Biotechnology, Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.).
• Have advanced English.
• Have problem solving skills.
• Be willing to move to a different location to take your training program and/or first position in production operations.
• Possess strong analytical skills.
