The Minister of Economy, Silvina Batakis, met this Friday with her team of collaborators, who were asked to put all their efforts into speeding up management in all areas of her portfolio, as was officially reported.
The meeting, which was held in the Scalabrini Ortiz room of the Palacio de Hacienda, was attended by the Secretary for Economic Policy, Karina Angeletti; the Secretary of the Treasury, Martín Di Bella; the Secretary of Domestic Trade, Martín Pollera; and the Secretary of Finance, Eduardo Setti.
Also present were the Secretary of Energy, Darío Martínez; the Executive Director for the Southern Cone at the IMF, Sergio Chodos; the head of the Cabinet of advisers to the Ministry, Juan Manuel Pignocco; the Secretary of International Economic and Financial Affairs, Ramiro Ordoqui, and his counterpart from the Legal and Administrative Secretariat, José Ballesteros, as reported by the Ministry of Economy.
Batakis had headed his first cabinet meeting this Thursday, after making the names of the team of collaborators official who will accompany her at the head of her administration.
