He Reserve Bank announced this Tuesday the rescheduling of the Expomóvil 2025 fairas a preventive measure against the passage of Tropical Storm Melissa and in response to the recommendations issued by the Emergency Operations Center (COE).
The event, which was scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 23 to Sunday, October 26will now be held from Thursday, October 30 to Sunday, November 2.
In a statement, the institution explained that the decision responds to the meteorological conditions adverse events that affect the country, and that have led to COE to declare seven provinces on red alertthirteen in yellow and four in green, due to the risk of flooding and landslides due to heavy rains.
Banreservas indicated that the measure was taken in coordination with the participating dealers and concessionairesmain allies of the fair, which each year brings together high demand of the public interested in purchasing new vehicles with preferential rates.

“He welfare and the security of our clients, collaborators and business partners is the priority of Reserve Bank. For this reason, we have decided to reschedule the fair for a safe date that will guarantee the best experience to all participants,” said the financial entity.
