He Reserve Bank financed the construction and delivery of 95 apartments in it Pablo Mella Morales II Projectin the Pedro Brand municipality, Santo Domingo province, which were delivered this Thursday by President Luis Abinader.
The initiative includes a total of 412 housing unitsfor which the banking entity will allocate more than 780 million of pesos.
Leonardo Aguilerapresident of Banreservashighlighted during the event that the alliance with Ministry of Housing and Buildings (Mived), through the My Home and Happy Family programs, is facilitating access to their own home for thousands of Dominicans.

Aguilera stressed that these initiatives represent an opportunity for beneficiary families to build a promising future, and expressed that the keys given not only open physical doors, but also those of a new chapter full of hope and opportunities.
“These homes are part of the government commitment to promote the social development and promote family stability and tranquility,” Aguilera said.
Present at the ceremony were, in addition to Aguilera and President Abinader, the Minister of Mived, Carlos Bonilla; the governor of the province of Santo Domingo, Lucrecia Santana Leyba; the mayor of Pedro Brand, Ramon Pascual Gomez; and the director of the La Guáyiga municipal district, Mirta Elena Pérez “La Popi”, among other authorities.
