Officials from the Municipal Delegation of Cicpc Anaco dismantled a criminal group that was engaged in theft of ranchers from anzoateguicalled The
Freites whipping.
After a meticulous investigative work, they managed to locate and capture these six thugs, the director of the cicpc, douglas rico. Cicpc officials began monitoring this criminal group, after receiving complaints from ranchers.
The subjects were identified as Ángel Luis Marcano Hernández (32), Luis Enrique
Marcano Hernández (28), Reinaldo José Marcano Hernández (32), who were public officials; Franklin José Hernández Figuera (38), nicknamed El Tin, with records for drugs, illegal possession of firearms and rustling; Francisco Antonio Hurtado Rondón (30), nicknamed El Mecánico; and Francisco Javier Rodríguez Santoyo (26), nicknamed El Papo.
