Bancolombia announced that it has opened the call for 202 vacancies for positions with professional profiles, 169 positions for technical and technological apprentices, and 60 positions in operational positions.
“We are looking for people who are passionate about integrity, superior customer experience, extraordinary development, sustainable growth, human beings and dynamism,” says Julián Mora, Corporate Vice President of Bancolombia.

The executive adds that the selected people will not only enjoy a competitive salary, but also “a culture that promotes flexibility, integrity, adaptation to change, commitment, responsibility and care for the balance between in-person and remote work to maintain well-being and extraordinary performance.”
In the same way, the entity has been offering the possibility for at least 75 apprentices in different specialties to become part of its work teams, thereby reinforcing its strategy of attracting young talent. who want to live and contribute to the purpose of promoting sustainable development to achieve the well-being of all.
But these offers are only one part of the strategy with which the bank finds the best talents in the country. It also does so through calls for applications directed at young people who want to study and do their internship at Bancolombia, seeking to provide people with work experiences with potential.

These types of offers are made several times a year in partnership with institutions such as SENA and CESDE, and in them the financial institution acts as a sponsor for the students, who once they complete their studies are guaranteed a paid internship of up to one year in duration.

In 2023 alone, 314 young talents were able to study and gain their first work experience in different areas of the bank. Also, so far in 2024, 94 apprentices have been hired in operational and professional positions. at the end of their practice.
