State Bank, as the only state banking institution in Chile, continues to innovate and improve the technological experience of its users. Recently, the bank announced through its Twitter account a new function added to its mobile application, which allows transfers to be made more quickly and efficiently.
The new tool consists of the possibility of copying the data of a recipient when making a transfer. This function, also present in other banking applications, avoids the need to manually fill in each field with the required information. This not only streamlines the process, but also minimizes errors that could lead to transferring money to the wrong accounts.
To use this function, it is only necessary to select and copy the recipient’s data and then enter the BancoEstado application. By selecting “transfer” and “new user”, the platform will display an internal message asking if you want to use the available data. It is important to verify that the information is correct before confirming and selecting “Yes, use data”. In case of detecting an error, you can opt for the “Not for now” option and fill in the data manually.
This new feature provides greater convenience and speed to users of State Bank when making transfers through the mobile application. In addition, it reduces the possibility of making errors when manually entering the recipient’s data. With just a few clicks and the option to copy and paste, users can quickly fill in the required fields and make the transfer secure.
State Bank continues to focus on improving its digital services, offering its customers faster and more efficient options to carry out their banking transactions. This new function is a clear example of how technology can facilitate and streamline financial processes, providing a more satisfactory experience for users.
