The commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities has earned Banco W an important recognition: the Equipares Gold Seal, the highest distinction awarded by the Ministry of Labor, with the technical support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

With this achievement, Banco W becomes the first microfinance bank in Colombia to achieve this certification, after a rigorous evaluation process that reviewed practices in key areas such as recruitment and selection, promotion and professional development, equal pay, work-life balance, health and well-being conditions, respectful work environment, inclusive communication and prevention of workplace and sexual harassment.

The bank already had the Silver Level Equipares Seal in previous years, and this new recognition reinforces its leadership in building a diverse and fair organizational culture.
