Banco do Brasil’s individual customers have one more channel to request the income tax report. The financial institution became the first in the country to provide the document through the Whatsapp application.
To request the document, the account holder simply sends the message “I want my income report” to the number (61) 4004-0001. The virtual assistant will identify the client and send the document in PDF format. The customer can still forward the file to their accountant or to someone else.
According to Banco do Brasil, the novelty keeps the institution at the forefront of financial solutions via WhatsApp. The bank was the first to use the messaging application to offer Pix services, understanding voice messages, virtual assistant specialized in legal entities, debt renegotiation without human interaction, INSS and bank collection services.
