In order to guarantee your attention in agencies, the Bank of the Nation (BN) reported that debit cards expired from September 2021 to May 2022 can be used until August 31 of this year.
It is worth mentioning that this group of cards can only be used at teller windows, ATMs, MultiRed correspondent agents, virtual MultiRed and App BN.
The extension of validity on the indicated dates seeks to avoid, among others, the congestion of the agencies, mainly on the dates of payment to social programs such as Pension 65, since people will have more time to renew their plastics.

In this sense, people who do not have their card due to theft, loss, deterioration or because it was retained in the ATMs, will be treated with priority.
In addition, the BN reminds customers with expired cards until September 2021, to go to a bank branch, renew and avoid blocking them.
Banco de la Nación also recommends its customers and users to use virtual and alternate channels such as ATMs and MultiRed agents to carry out banking operations and various payments.
