Banco de Bogotá and Grupo Aval carried out 180 million transactions in 2024 through their network of Banking Correspondents and ATMs. With a network of correspondents that reaches 96% of the country’s municipalities, Banco de Bogotá and Grupo Aval They are bringing financial inclusion to the most remote regions of Colombia. Banco de Bogotá, recognized for its commitment to financial inclusion, continues to bring essential services to the most remote municipalities of the country. Through its network of Banking Correspondents and ATMs, Millions of Colombians can manage their financial products easily, quickly and safely.
Thanks to this effort, the correspondents of Banco de Bogotá and Grupo Aval have achieved significant growth in coverage, reaching 1,054 municipalities with more than 80,000 service points.

This consolidates them as the largest network in the country, bringing financial solutions to every corner of Colombia. Between January and November 2024, the Banco de Bogotá service points recorded more than 62 million transactions, which, added to those of the other banks of the Aval Group, reached more than 92 million operations, mobilizing a total of 20 billion of pesos.
“These achievements have allowed us not only to promote banking use, but also to promote local economic development, facilitating financial management at both a personal and business level. From the payment of public services to credit payments and transfers to loved ones, we have made financial tools available to Colombians that transform lives, strengthen financial inclusion and promote economic development, connecting the country in a more inclusive way,” said Yohana Mojica, Director of Channels and Customer Experience.
Banco de Bogotá’s network of banking correspondents allows a wide variety of transactions to be carried out instantly and from anywhere in the country. These include cardless withdrawals available for the accounts of the four banks of Grupo Aval, payments in more than 22,000 agreements collections such as public and private services, deposits to savings and checking accounts, and credits and credit cards.

For their part, the more than 2,800 ATMs of the Aval Network offer national clients and international users the possibility of checking balances, making withdrawals and advances in an agile and secure manner with the main franchises.
