Banco Ciudad will hold the last auction of the year for vacant inheritance apartments in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) Of current year. This housing auction will take place on December 14 and registrations can be made up to and including the 12th of the same month.
These auctions are organized by the Attorney General of the Government of CABA monthly, online and from 2020. This year alone, 80 auctions were held, in which 50 properties were sold in federal capital, between departments and garages, and 928,977,500 pesos were collected.
Part of the resources collected in the auctions of departments of CABA are intended for public education, as established by Law 2 of the Legislature of federal capital. In order to participate in the auction, you must have an address in CABA and an email, these will be used for legal purposes.

Conditions to participate in the auction
One of the conditions that must be met to participate in the auction is to make a guarantee deposit of 3% of the base value of the requested property. This amount of money will be returned in case the participant does not offer for the property or if his offer is not the winner.
To register, you must enter the page https://subastas.bancociudad.com.ar/, make the transfer of 3% of the base value and confirm the email that enables participation in the auction. At the time of bidding, the amount may not be less than 10,000 pesos, that is, more than the last proposed offer.
