The Ministry of Health detailed 6,290 new cases, of which 3,201 correspond to symptomatic people and 785 did not present symptoms. In addition, 2,304 positive PCR tests were recorded that were not reported.
In this way, the total number of people diagnosed with Covid-19 reached 4,832,838 and recovered patients reached 4,737,352. since the arrival of the coronavirus in Chile.

Positivity in the Metropolitan Region reached 18.36%, while the regions with the highest increase in new confirmed cases in the last seven days are O’Higgins, Metropolitan, Antofagasta and Valparaíso.
