Balance Covid-19: Minsal reports 1,778 new cases and 9.41% positivity nationwide

In a new Covid-19 balance, the Minsal announced 1,778 new cases of the disease, of which 105 correspond to asymptomatic and 1,673 to with symptoms. In addition, there were 9 deaths in the last 24 hours, which adds up to 63,859 since the start of the pandemic.

The above was obtained from 12,631 PCR tests, giving a total of 48,166,899 since March 2020. This resulted in a positivity rate of 9.41% nationwide and 8.15% in the Metropolitan Region.

Regarding the health service, there are 1,790 critical beds enabled and 315 available.

In addition, there are a total of 133 beds in the sanitary residences, of which 49 are available.
