A judge from the South Prison gave Ignacio Mendoza Gandaría, former command of the Center for Investigation and National Security, 48 hours to deliver to the Attorney General’s Office, the evidence that supports that he has covid-19, which is why yesterday no appeared at the hearing where he would be charged with forced disappearance and torture related to the Ayotzinapa case.
