Avilanian ex-player Yoelvis Fiss joins the mass exodus

MADRID, Spain.- Avilanian ex-player star Yoelvis Fiss left Cuba in the last few hours to try to reach the United States through the Central American migration route.

Among his merits also stand out having been the leader in home runs, leader in runs batted in and the most valuable player in the Tournament of Ports in Holland (2009).

When breaking the news about the Avilanian’s departure from Cuba, Romero stressed that Cuban society “emigrates en masse.”
