Avenida Las Américas: Contraflow began to relieve vehicular congestion

The counterflow announced by the Mobility Secretariat of Bogotá and that begins this Wednesday, April 6, consists of enable a lane of a road for vehicles to circulate in the opposite direction to the usual.
