A special commission made up of Cicpc and Policarabobo agents is searching for the person who abused and murdered a five-year-old girl, whose body was rescued last Monday from a septic tank located in the Tronconero sector, Guacara.
The mayor of that Carabobeño municipality, Johan Castañeda, has spread two messages through his social networks asking the neighbors “to report any irregularity that we observe.”
The first versions indicate that the little girl was alone in her house while her mother Yesika Rodríguez (30) and a 15-year-old stepson drank alcoholic beverages in another neighbor’s house.
In another incident, Cicpc agents arrested Arnaldo José Medrano Paéz in the El Nazareno neighborhood, Petare, who was denounced for committing sexual abuse against his six granddaughters whose ages range between 6 and 16 years of age. Reports indicate that the subject infected his granddaughters with a Sexually Transmitted Disease, according to tests carried out.
