The president of the Venezuela Bella Mission, Jacqueline Faría, toured the highest house of studies in the country, the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), to inspect the work that is being carried out, before starting the 2022-2023 training period .
From the University City of Caracas, specifically at the Dr. Félix Pífano Institute of Tropical Medicine, Faría reported that they have almost completed the restoration of this structure and the comprehensive approach to other spaces of the house of higher studies.
“Following the orders of President Nicolás Maduro, today we have come to the spaces of the UCV to corroborate the progress that has been made in terms of the rehabilitation of the infrastructure of the Institute of Tropical Medicine, where the roofs have been waterproofed, we have padded and painted the walls, we have equipped it with equipment and we are currently working to have everything ready for back to school,” said Faría.

In this sense, the workers, who participated in the recovery days, expressed their gratitude to the Head of State for the approach they have carried out in recent months at the university.
The national government provided the university with desks, air conditioners, laboratories for the study of COVID-19 and other implements that will improve the quality of life of UCE personnel and students.
