When the media representatives insisted on the number of agents involved, the Minister of the Interior responded that “the Public Ministry will say it at the time, because it would hinder the investigation.”

For his part, the director of the Police stated that the replacement of the person in charge of the weapons administration “is something routine.”

«Those are routine changes. Whenever there is any type of development in an area, if preventive measures can be taken, they are taken,” stated Guzmán Peralta.
