Jesús Zambrano Mata reported that between 5,500 and 5,700 barrels of fuel per day are currently arriving in the state of Bolívar.
The Secretary of Strategic Affairs of the Government of Bolívar State, Jesús Zambrano Mata, assured on Wednesday, November 6, that Ciudad Guayana is receiving a greater volume of fuel than two months ago and that the recent queues at service stations are due to a ” general nervousness.
He pointed out that many drivers go to gas stations to fill up with five or 10 liters of fuel, which he considered “illogical” since it ensures that citizens are “susceptible to rumors” and “nervousness.”
He asserted that between 5,500 and 5,700 barrels of fuel per day are currently arriving in the state of Bolívar, which in his opinion is enough to supply the entire entity.
“Last year we had a problem, barely 3,000 barrels arrived after the pipeline was drilled,” said Zambrano Mata.
