MP will charge them with qualified homicide in degree of frustration, serious personal injury, sexual abuse of a child and criminal association
The Public Ministry opened an investigation to clarify the facts aired in a video where five women are seen riding on top of a child.
One of the first proceedings in relation to this fact was the home invasion located in the Las Sábilas urbanization, Barquisimeto (Lara) where the video was allegedly recorded, reported the attorney general, Tarek William Saab, who added that they will request the respective arrest warrants and red alert from Interpol.
The Prosecutor’s investigation extends to the parents of the minor “for having abandoned him at the mercy of these hired criminals.”
The crimes that the Public ministry plans to charge the five women are: qualified homicide in degree of frustration, serious personal injury, child sexual abuse and criminal association, Saab noted.
