Starting this Thursday, businesses must end their services at 7:00 p.m. local time.
On the other hand, the Austrian Government announced that the restriction measures could be lifted on December 12 for those who are vaccinated or have recently recovered from Covid-19.
The authorities of this country are evaluating measures to achieve the vaccination of the entire population and in this sense announced that from February 2022 fines of about seven thousand euros could be imposed on those who are not immunized against the SARS-Cov-2 virus.

When announcing the measures, which began to be applied on November 22, Schallenberg said that the new restrictions would extend for 20 days.
With almost nine million inhabitants, Austria has registered 1.16 million infections and 12,492 deaths as a result of Covid-19 since the beginning of the pandemic, almost two years ago.
